During an On-Site Wallpaper Consultation & Design Service, we'll assess your walls, take measurements, and prepare wallpaper quantity calculations.
For Virtual Wallpaper Consultation & Design Services, we'll guide you through measuring your space and prepare quantity guidance using the measurements you provide. Final wallpaper quantities may be confirmed with the installer before ordering when appropriate.

We'll thoughtfully curate wallpaper recommendations based on your style, budget, and project goals, create custom digital mood boards, and, when helpful, provide AI visualizations so you can confidently compare different design directions before making a final decision.

Yes. When appropriate, we can create AI visualizations to help you explore how different wallpapers may look in your space before making a final decision.
AI visualizations are intended as design tools and should be considered approximations. Physical wallpaper samples are always recommended before placing a final wallpaper order.

Wallpaper is available across a wide range of price points. During your consultation, we'll recommend options that align with your design goals and investment range while helping you understand how material, pattern repeat, and room size affect overall cost.

For projects coordinated by The Wallpaper Concierge, wallpaper is generally ordered through us.
Ordering through The Wallpaper Concierge allows us to provide wallpaper quantity planning, procurement, dye lot coordination when available, vendor communication, shipment troubleshooting, and ongoing project support.

Both the Virtual Wallpaper Consultation & Design Service and Supply Showroom Visit include a $50 wallpaper purchase credit when you order through The Wallpaper Concierge within 60 days of your consultation.
If you've completed multiple qualifying services, the single highest eligible credit will be applied toward your wallpaper purchase. Credits cannot be combined.

You're welcome to work with one of our trusted installation partners, your own preferred installer, or install the wallpaper yourself.
When requested, we're happy to coordinate communication, scheduling, and project details to help the installation process go smoothly.

We'll remain available throughout the installation process to answer questions, communicate with vendors when needed, and help keep your project moving smoothly.

Installation pricing depends on several factors, including wall preparation, ceiling height, material type, pattern repeat, and overall project complexity.
Most residential installations range from $5–15 per square foot, though specialty materials and complex projects may fall outside that range.
During your consultation, we'll provide a preliminary installation estimate and, when appropriate, coordinate with one of our trusted installation partners to prepare a more accurate quote.

Return eligibility depends entirely on the manufacturer's policies.
Whenever possible, we'll help determine whether unopened wallpaper qualifies for return. Some manufacturers accept returns, while others consider wallpaper to be final sale. Restocking fees, return windows, and shipping charges may also apply.

Because wallpaper is ordered using manufacturer specifications, pattern repeat, and installer recommendations, it's common to have unopened wallpaper remaining after installation.
Whenever possible, we'll first determine whether your wallpaper is eligible for return.
If it isn't, we offer an optional marketplace resale service through our partnership with Unbuilt to help clients recover a portion of their investment by selling unopened wallpaper to another homeowner or designer.
